So… I’ve been trying to justify the price of this for years. Now I wish I would have years ago. Literally, I whipped up some pistachio-cranberry biscotti in 10 minutes during my Christmas cookie making fest. Who knew??? Me and this little hunk of metal are going to be very happy together. =)
